24 – Albrecht La'brooy

The 24th edition of the Patterns of Perception mix series comes from the Australian duo Albrecht La’brooy. Hailing from Melbourne, Alex Albrecht and Sean La’Brooy form a unique live act – one that’s often improvised and takes inspiration from the performances of the jazz greats. Inspired by a recent visit to Berlin and the organic techno sounds they encountered, their slow-building yet captivating contribution to our mix series is a fully improvised live set recorded in a single take.
